The only reason an app would lock you out, is for security measures, because after multiple tries it thinks you are someone else trying to get into the account. I have not had to change my password at all. No dialing numbers and choosing options or listening to any irrelevant information. All I have to do is open the app, and my balance is there. Makes things a lot faster when I need to know my balance. In the mean time I'll look for a better app or just stick to the old way of calling & putting in the card number. I'm writing this review because I'm now locked out once again & my card is not with me so I won't be able to check my balance until later today which means I can really plan ahead & make a grocery list. The app has also been freezing a lot since the last update. ![]() I do make a note of each password change but sometimes (like this time) it tells me the password is wrong when I know for sure that it's definitely right. I have had to change my password so many times that I'm now having to make up new passwords different than the 5 that I normally use. The problem is that it keeps demanding a password change every so often & you can't leave it the same or use a previous password.
